Standardizing an exposure classification for existing outputs (pre-BIP)

The recent update to version 0.4.0 includes a notable addition: an informative appendix. This appendix will provide a concise set of action keys, with one key assigned per level, accompanied by a minimum requirement guideline succinctly described in one line, termed as a "SHOULD floor." The responsibility for the wording, rationale, and urgency of these guidelines falls on the wallets. An announcement will be made in this forum once the update is available.
