The adaptation of the proposed scheme to normal out-of-order (OOR) transfers is feasible and aligns closely with the "Fast Finality" concept introduced in the first version by Keer et al. The implementation uses OP_CHECKSIGFROMSTACK as opposed to private key recovery, which was the method used in the earlier proposal. This not only simplifies the process but also enhances security by avoiding the need to recover private keys.

Additionally, the scheme inherently provides key scoping, which proves to be more beneficial for regular OOR transactions compared to its initial application intended for small value lightning onboarding. Key scoping adds an extra layer of security and management by limiting the exposure and use of cryptographic keys, thereby making it particularly advantageous for handling standard OOR transactions effectively.
