[BIP proposal] Pay to Schnorr Key Hash (P2SKH)

In a recent communication to the Bitcoin Development Mailing List, AdamISZ from waxwing acknowledged the collective feedback on a proposal concerning a new address type for the Bitcoin ecosystem. After thorough consideration of the feedback, it was concluded that the proposal lacks a viable path to widespread adoption. The necessity for immediate and universal acceptance across the ecosystem presents a significant challenge that undermines the feasibility of the proposal. Reflecting on the timing and current landscape of the ecosystem, it is believed that the idea would have been more opportune a few years earlier. Given these considerations, further pursuit of this initiative is deemed not to be an efficient allocation of time and resources. AdamISZ expressed gratitude towards all members of the mailing list who engaged with the proposal through reading, reviewing, and providing feedback.
