A Taproot-native (re-)bindable transaction bundle proposal

A new address standard has been introduced in the Bitcoin community with a call for everyone to transition to it eventually. This change comes amid innovative use-cases that generate a significant number of Unspent Transaction Outputs (UTXOs), which have decided to adopt this new standard immediately, aligning with the initial request. This swift adoption by newer applications contrasts with the slower upgrade process observed in existing, production-deployed code. Such a disparity in the pace of adopting new standards is not indicative of a failure on the part of taproot technology but rather reflects an expected scenario within technological upgrades. It's noteworthy that older address formats, like Pay to Public Key Hash (P2PKH) addresses, continue to be in use despite their higher transaction fee costs, underscoring the gradual nature of transitions within the ecosystem. This discussion emphasizes the inherent challenges and delays in the widespread implementation of new technologies in the Bitcoin network, highlighting the balance between innovation and practical deployment constraints.
