Ordinal Inscription Size Limits

As the block space gets limited, there is a concern that soft fork opcode tech improvement proposals may not get accepted by the community. This could have an impact on the adoption of useful technologies such as schnorr sigs which are beneficial for anonymity and cheap multisig purposes. Additionally, the implementation of some sort of vault tech would be highly helpful in ensuring secure storage of assets.
