Compressed Bitcoin Transactions

Tom has been working on a compression schema for bitcoin transactions that can be transmitted through steganography, satellite broadcasting, and other low bandwidth channels with high CPU availability on decompression. The schema is designed specifically for the most common transactions made by single parties, ensuring that no transaction will become malformed or corrupted. Tom has also provided a pull request (PR) for implementing this compression schema.
